It’s the
mission of the Marketing Director to introduce our company to
new clients. A Marketing Director should be an outgoing,
dynamic, and very organized individual and posses at least a
moderate level knowledge of the construction industry. The Marketing
Director plays a key role in the expansion of our company, so
he/she should always maintain the highest level of
professionalism. The following is a basic outline of the
Marketing Director responsibilities: |

Develop marketing plan to determine clients to target
Canvassing to architects, real estate companies, and select
companies to generate interest with our company.
Calling on prospective clients to make them aware of our
services.
Mailing information about Commercial Construction as requested by
potential clients.
Coordinate a marketing campaign IE: radio, direct mail, etc.
Strategic follow up on a regular basis with prospects.
Managing a journal to track the status of all warm & hot leads.

Project Supervisor -accepting

|
A Project Supervisor should
provide leadership, direction and control of the field
activities for up to three projects simultaneously.
Finding and checking property
pins, checking line and grade for building lay-outs, checking
plumbing and electrical stub-ups before slab pours and checking
sub-surface conditions at various stages of paving operation
should be of vital concern to each Supervisor.
Teamwork is also a vital part
of a Project Supervisor. Project Supervisor should strive to
fully cooperate with the subcontractors and keep them informed
of jobsite conditions that they might not be aware of from day
to day.
Direct supervision of all
work at the jobsite.
Quality control.
Scheduling subcontractors and
material deliveries to meet construction schedule.
Verifying and insuring that
all work is done in accordance with plans and specifications.
Insuring that all work is
performed in accordance with all OSHA Safety Standards.
Client contacts and client
satisfaction.
Coordinating the construction
schedule and material deliveries.
Cost control.
Bidding and negotiating
projects.

Laborer-position

|
Laborers are
hired part time and/or full time.
Laborers must
me dependable and knowledgeable in the construction field as
well as conduct themselves in a respectful manner when on the
jobsite.
Laborers are
paid on an hourly wage rate based on their individual skill
level.
Laborers must
have their own transportation, preferably a truck or van with
tools (the hourly wage rate will reflect this)

Ensure efficient operation of
administrative office by providing clerical services for
administrative office, Project Supervisors, clients, and
subcontractors.
Business and/or technical
training preferred.
Proficient typing, computer
(Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobat, and email) and file
maintenance skills.
Effective organizational,
communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of basic accounting
principles.
Maintains accounts for
customers and project supervisors.
Assist clients and project as
needed.
Arrange project supervisors
and principal’s travel requests as necessary.
Draft and maintain contracts
and other administrative forms.
Exemplify high standards of
ethical conduct.
Maintain sincere, friendly
attitude toward clients, employees, and sub-contractors.
Perform other duties as
assigned.
